I thought I'd include at little note and tell you a bit more about myself. I first came to love chinchillas one summer home from school. My parents were looking for something to keep me occupied for those few months, as we lived outside of town so there wasn't a lot to do. While my brothers chose material things I decided I wanted a chinchilla. I had fallen in love with them at the pet store and knew that I had to have one in my life. My first Chinchilla was a black velvet named Marble and was the absolute SWEETEST chinchilla I have ever owned. Unfortunately he and his mate Angel passed away a few years ago. He is survived by his daughter Mina who shares many of his personality traits. Inspired by Marble and his great nature my herd has grown into what you see today.
As well as the chinchillas I also share my home with many other furkids. I am proudly owned by 6 cats, 3 dogs and 4 aquariums.

Orangeyabald was my first kitty whom I received for my 12th birthday. He was also my first pet and I could not imagine growing up without him. He is currently very happily living through middle age and shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.
Lady Death joined me one cold November day. She was in a cardboard box outside a mall with 'free kittens' written on the side. Never being one to ignore a kitty I had to go look. Inside were 3 little kittens, 2 black and 1 grey. Since I was living with some roommates I had no intention of coming home with a kitten as I knew it wouldn't go over well. Unfortunately I made the mistake of holding one of the kittens while my friend and another lady were holding the other 2. The lady who had brought them took off and left us all standing there holding the poor things. Once I got over the initial shock, I tucked her into my coat and rode the bus home. She is named Lady Death because on that bus ride home she latched onto my throat with a death grip trying to keep warm.
Donovan is my sexy tuxedo kitty. He is incredibly eye-catching and caught my eye right away. He is incredibly playful and often has that wild look in his eyes. If he's not up and running, he's snuggled up with Orangey in the sun.
Samurai is the big brown loveable tabby I always wanted. He is the only cat I know that will walk up to you and give you a hug! The largest of all my kitties, he is 100% snuggle bug! Always willing to come when called he never wants to miss an opportunity for love.
Yugi is the most exotic looking of all our moggies. With beautiful mackerel tabby spotting he is most certainly a looker! He however is also a counter fiend and never missing an opportunity to snatch something tasty from the kitchen!
Seshiro is our latest addition. Full of mischief, he is always at the center of the commotion. Unfortunately for me he has also been blessed with the cutest face that no one could say no too! Fully aware of this fact, he takes full advantage of it!
The Dogs:

Dante is our beautiful Heinz 57. Everyone that sees him thinks he looks like a different breed. What ever he is, he is the perfect dog for us. He is incredibly smart and eager to please. I hope to start agility with him later this year.
Morpheus is our rescue Rottweiler. I could not have asked for a better
addition to my family. Matching Dante almost identically in temperment,
it's like he's always been here. I can not imagine why he was dumped,
but I would like to thank the
Niagara Falls Humane Society for
finding him and allowing us to have him in my life.
The aquariums:
I have 4 freshwater aquariums in my home. I have 2 x5.5g, 16g, and a 50g. Unfortunately I am inept at taking aquarium photos, so picture a nice array of fresh water fish including plecos, gouramis, tetras, rams, minnows, betas and mollies.
